Like its name, the Brookside is a cute, country like cottage with historical detailing and easy charm. Like many of Archiscapes other cottage home plans, it features all the critical living areas on the first floor, eliminating the need to climb stairs. The wide kitchen leads directly out to the garage area, making bringing home the groceries a piece of cake. An outdoor cooking area or grill space is easy to add here as well. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and a private office ensure families have plenty of room in this plan.
