This modern interpretation of a tugboat gives new meaning to the idea of a seaside house. Designed in a modern style but with casual touches that makes sipping Southern sweet tea on tower deck while watching the boats in Destin harbor seem like the perfect afternoon. As the complimentary carriage house to a main house yet under development, this structure had to take care of all the client's needs yet not take away the Wow potential of the lot's main views and modern touches. With four bedrooms, a media room, large kitchen and tower office, it is hard to imagine how the main house could be better -- just wait and see.
